Consent to the Processing of the User's Personal Data
I (hereinafter — the "User"), by accepting this Consent and providing my data in the Mira mobile application (hereinafter — the "Application") and/or on the website https://mira.team (hereinafter — the "Website"), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, hereby give my consent to the owner of the Application and the Website, IMAGENIC LTD, company number 13950150, registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ (hereinafter — the "Operator"), to process my personal data on the terms set out in this Consent.
This Consent is expressed through implicative actions — the User ticking the corresponding checkbox in the relevant electronic form in the Application and on the Website. Ticking this checkbox constitutes the User's consent to the processing of personal data, or — if the User has not reached the age of 14 — the consent of the User's legal representative (parent, adoptive parent, or guardian) acting in the User's interest.
The Operator processes the User's personal data solely for the purposes set out below and only to the extent necessary to achieve them:
Use by the Operator (registration, identification and personalisation of users; provision of access to resources and functions available only to registered users; handling of requests and applications submitted via forms on the Website; feedback; communication with representatives of legal entities and sole traders; improvement of user experience and enhancement of software products and services);
Transfer of personal data to third parties in cases provided for by applicable law, as well as to contractors that support the operation of the Website and the Application (hosting, analytics, technical support), subject to their compliance with confidentiality requirements;
Cross-border transfer of personal data where necessary for the use of analytics services and other services that support the operation of the Website and the Application, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation;
Anonymisation of personal data and transfer of the data obtained as a result of such anonymisation (anonymised data) to state information systems for the purposes established by applicable law, including upon request of the competent authorities.
Actions performed with personal data to which consent is given: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, and destruction, carried out with or without the use of automated means.
List of personal data that may be processed in accordance with the stated processing purposes:
Personal information (surname, first name, patronymic);
Contact information (email addresses, usernames/aliases);
Recommendations and reviews;
Electronic user data (user identifiers, network addresses, device identifiers, screen size and resolution, hardware and software information such as operating system, language settings, time zone, activity in the Application including search queries, usage time and statistics of the Applications);
Data provided when filling out forms on the Website, including the form for manufacturers (name of the organisation or sole trader, tax/registration number, legal and/or physical address, product information, position and full name of the contact person, email address, telephone number, and any other information voluntarily provided by the User).
Personal data shall be processed until any of the following conditions is met:
Achievement of the purposes of personal data processing or expiry of the maximum retention periods;
The need to achieve the purposes of personal data processing no longer exists;
The data subject or their legal representative provides confirmation that the personal data has been unlawfully obtained or is not necessary for the stated processing purpose;
Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, where retention of the personal data is no longer required for the processing purposes;
A lawful request to cease the processing of personal data;
Liquidation (reorganisation) of the Operator, where there is no legal successor to the Operator.
The User has the right to contact the Operator on matters relating to the processing of personal data, as well as with requests to clarify, update, modify, or delete personal data, including by contacting the technical support service of the Application and the Website.
This Consent applies to the personal data provided by the User upon registration in the Application or on the Website, as well as to personal data voluntarily provided by the User thereafter while using the Application or the Website, including in the User's personal account (profile).
