Why don't protein supplements have a score?
No, Mira does not rate protein supplements — such as whey, milk or soy protein powders, or creatine.
These aren't everyday foods but highly specialised sports and nutrition supplements, with a composition and purpose all their own.
Mira's methodology is built to assess regular foods, so it isn't suited to analysing supplements like these. That's why they appear in the app without a rating.
